Empowerment, Self-determination and Purpose are only words, UNTIL there is support from those who know the person best.


PeopleQuest is a self reporting, tracking and monitoring system, that empowers the person to assess their personal outcomes based upon positive behavior supports. We are dedicated to identifying what is important to the person by linking them to their natural and extended support networks in a safe and secure internet platform. This is accomplished with the integration of technology with targeted transparency.


PeopleQuest utilizes several fields of thought and practice into the orientation and training process, including:  PERSON DIRECTED PLANNING, OUTCOMES MANAGEMENT, POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORTS, PROACTIVE SUPPORT PLANNING, ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES AND SELF-MANAGEMENT TRAINING. 


It is the combination of these distinct approaches that we focus upon the real challenges, opportunities and choices in daily life that are unique to each individual. So feel welcome to browse the domains as a professional resource or for personal use.

Empowering Employees to Success


The following information is intended to provide a basic template for developing an employee centered approach to personnel management. Originally developed as a case management system for special needs populations,  this system is being adapted to meet THE EMPLOYEES need to track and monitor personal progress of train and engine crews and new hires during their 90 day probationary period.   The OMS/PeopleQuest application and curriculum of the self-reporting system has already been developed by Outcomes Management Systems, DBA PeopleQuest, A Nevada Corporation) The Program System can be applied to any employees ongoing training needs while fostering accountability and communication from the rank and file.

PeopleQuest is offered as a resource for employees to reach their highest and best potentials in their careers. Through proactive self-management, this site empowers the employee the ability to track and manage a variety of functions and job responsibilities within their career application and as a member of the corporate family.


PeopleQuest offers a secured format for employees to note their observations and job related experiences while performing their duties in their respective crafts and areas of expertise. Its purpose is to foster a sense of ownership, empowerment and loyalty to the craft of passenger train service and to the rail passenger transportation industry by providing employees to self-assess and report their daily outcomes.


PeopleQuest also provides the employer and management with the ability to have direct access and communication with the employee while providing direct feedback to a variety of questions, issues and concerns that either party may have in the course of job related events.


This format is intended to be a proactive and constructive tool for both the employer and the employee while in the 90 day training process. Only authorized management personnel are allowed access to view employee related data during this time period.
